S.B.Schwartz & Co. Inc. is a real estate brokerage and development firm which has served property owners, developers, national and regional retailers with their real estate needs in the New York Metropolitan area since 1983.

Unlike most real estate brokerage firms, S.B.Schwartz & Co Inc. considers itself "an aggressive representative" for our various clients, it is our belief that to properly service our clients we must devote all our efforts toward that end. In essence, S.B.Schwartz & Co Inc. seeks to be an extension of our clients, focusing our efforts on meeting the specific needs established by the property owner, developer or retailer. To accomplish our goals, we at S.B.Schwartz & Co Inc. ,  through a proactive approach, are able to seek out the best user for a property owner, and conversely the best location for a retailer, i.e., we create opportunities for our clients rather than make do with what is obvious.

S.B.Schwartz & Co Inc. has worked with a variety of retailers and owners since our inception in 1983 and have handled the real estate needs for tenants from 1,000 square feet to 150,000 square feet with the same careful planning and attention.
